  • Use this app for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.

  • Upload any photos that infringe on others’ intellectual property rights or contain illegal, offensive, or abusive content.

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of this app.

  • Use this app in a manner that disrupts or harms its functionality or security.

2. Photo Uploads and Processing

• The core functionality of this app involves uploading photos for species identification. By uploading photos, you represent that you have the right to use and share the photos and that they do not infringe upon third-party rights.

• We process photos solely for the purpose of providing identification results. Uploaded photos are not retained longer than necessary to complete the identification process, unless you opt-in to features that save your photo history.

3. No Warranties

This app is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding this app's performance, accuracy of identifications, or fitness for any particular purpose. Use of this app is at your own risk.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this app, including:

• Errors or inaccuracies in identification results.

• Loss of data, including uploaded photos.

• Unauthorized access to or use of this app or data.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of this app will not exceed $10 or the amount you paid (if any) for use of the App.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to this app at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use this app immediately ceases.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in this app, including code, design, logos, and content (except your uploaded photos), are owned by us or our licensors. You may not use our intellectual property without our express written consent.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective Date" above. Continued use of this app after any updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Alabama, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Talladega County, Alabama.
